Follow these guidelines to perform the network setup for the Brother HL 2140 printer. Make sure to have the Wi-Fi details in hand before proceeding with the steps given below. Connect the Brother printer’s power cable to the HL 2140 device and the power outlet. Power on the Brother device. Insert the Brother HL 2140 printer driver into your computer or double-click the printer driver you have downloaded on the computer. Choose the Install Printer Brother Hl 2140 Driver option. Click the Wireless Network users option. On the next screen, select the Wireless Setup and Driver Install radio button. Click the Step by Step Install radio button and click Next. Click the With Cable radio button and then select Next. Choose the Automatic radio button and click Next.
