Fix: Brother DCP T300 Showing Offline
Check if the Brother DCP T300 printer is turned on and associated with a proper power supply.
If the printer is in the sleep mode, tap the Power button to wake it up.
Check if the LCD screen is displaying any error message. Troubleshoot the corresponding issue.
In case of a USB connection, check if the USB cable is connected firmly to the Brother printer and the computer.
Checked if you have connected them to the same wireless network.
Print a network configuration page and check if both the IP addresses are the same.
Launch the Control Panel on your system and select the Hardware and Sound option followed by the Devices and Printers option.
Check if your printer is set as the default. If not, right-click on your Brother printer and select the Set as Default Printer option.
Go to the Printer menu and select the Cancel All Documents option to clear the print queue. This problem might occur if there are too many documents in the print queue.
Right-click on your Brother DCP T300 printer and select the See What’s Printing option. Remove the tick mark near the Use Printer Offline option.
Assign a test print job to check if the printer offline issue has been resolved.
